The second, I went to the Japanese restaurant, Sakana Grill. It’s located in China town, the center St and the 2nd Av, SW. At that time, I went to there with 3 friends and we ordered Sushi, rare fish, Denppura, Teriyaki, Woodong , etc. Of course, we drank a glass of Sake and some beer. It’s very delicious and the price was about $160 including tip.
The third, I went to the Columbian restaurant, Rinkon Latino. It’s located in Glenmore Trail around Glenmore Inn. It’s hard to go without a car. I ordered a Bandeja Paisa, Ajiaco, Arepa and some beer. My friend and I enjoyed eating Columbian food and paid $80 including tip.
The forth, I went to the Greek restaurant, Broken Plate. You can go by C-train and get off the Sunnyside station. I ordered a course menu for 2~3 persons. It’s a Greek traditional food which are rice, lamb, chicken and some vegetables. I drank a glass of Ouzo, a glass of red wind and a bottle of beer. Ouzo tastes peppermint(46% alcohol rate). Greek people believe if they break the plate after their meal, then their health, love would be better. It’s culture, so I broke the plate after I finish my dinner. It’s interested to me. The price is about $130 including. It’s very crowded, so you have to make appointment your table.
The fifth, the Arab restaurant’s name is Sahara. It’s in the downtown, 7th St and 2nd Av, SW. The interior is really good and mood is also good. I ordered a combination menu which is including an appetizer and a main dish. An alcohol drink Aran(56% alcohol rate) taste peppermint like Greek drink Ouzo. The price was about $200 for 4 persons including tip.
I really love this tasting the country food and I will continue to my food trip.
