the one of sometings which I love - 3

Since I arrive at Calgary, I have traveled for looking for various country traditional restaurants. At first, I went to a Korean restaurant that the name is “Seoul.” The Seoul restaurant is located in 42 Av, SW. You can get off the C-train at the 39th Ave Station and walk for 5 minutes through the Macleod Trail to the south, or get off the bus, route 10, at 42 Av. The Seoul is very clean and modern. Their interior is like the popular family restaurant in Korea. They have lots of good taste Korean foods. I ordered a set menu for 3 or 4 persons. There are several vegetables, beef, pork and see food. We could taste various Korean foods and the price is about $70. Actually, my friend and I ordered a Kimch-Soup, a bottle of Soju which is the most popular alcohol drink (19% alcohol rate) and two bottles of beer. So the price was totally about $110 including tip. But the food is too many for 2 persons to eat, so we took out some meats. I think it’s enough for 4 persons to eat.
The second, I went to the Japanese restaurant, Sakana Grill. It’s located in China town, the center St and the 2nd Av, SW. At that time, I went to there with 3 friends and we ordered Sushi, rare fish, Denppura, Teriyaki, Woodong , etc. Of course, we drank a glass of Sake and some beer. It’s very delicious and the price was about $160 including tip.
The third, I went to the Columbian restaurant, Rinkon Latino. It’s located in Glenmore Trail around Glenmore Inn. It’s hard to go without a car. I ordered a Bandeja Paisa, Ajiaco, Arepa and some beer. My friend and I enjoyed eating Columbian food and paid $80 including tip.
The forth, I went to the Greek restaurant, Broken Plate. You can go by C-train and get off the Sunnyside station. I ordered a course menu for 2~3 persons. It’s a Greek traditional food which are rice, lamb, chicken and some vegetables. I drank a glass of Ouzo, a glass of red wind and a bottle of beer. Ouzo tastes peppermint(46% alcohol rate). Greek people believe if they break the plate after their meal, then their health, love would be better. It’s culture, so I broke the plate after I finish my dinner. It’s interested to me. The price is about $130 including. It’s very crowded, so you have to make appointment your table.
The fifth, the Arab restaurant’s name is Sahara. It’s in the downtown, 7th St and 2nd Av, SW. The interior is really good and mood is also good. I ordered a combination menu which is including an appetizer and a main dish. An alcohol drink Aran(56% alcohol rate) taste peppermint like Greek drink Ouzo. The price was about $200 for 4 persons including tip.
I really love this tasting the country food and I will continue to my food trip.

the one of sometings which I love - 2

I love to go to the gym at the U of C about two or three times a week. I like to feel pain in my body after I work out.
When I was a child, I was very weak. I had weak eyes and a thin body like a chopstick. Whenever the seasons changed, I caught a cold. Furthermore, I had to work sitting at my desk all day long. Finally, I got a pain in my waist which made me very stiff.
I had to do something about my health. First of all, I quit smoking. I had been smoking about 2 packs of cigarettes a day since I started to smoke 11 years ago.
Then I got a personal trainer to help me train correctly. It was very expensive but I invested in my self-improvement. However, it was not easy for me because I had to work 13 hours a day so I had no time.
Nowadays I am so happy in Calgary because I can get enough time to exercise for my health and I feel much better than before. I can't find my big beer belly which I had before.
Moreover, I can help my friends to correctly exercise like my trainer taught me. I enjoy helping my friends work out in the gym. I know the most important things are the order of exercising, the methods of breathing and using the equipment. If someone doesn't know the order, he or she could get hurt.
I don't want my body to look like a professional. I just want to keep my good health. So who is he in the picture? Me? Absolutely not. (ㅡ.ㅡ;;) Actually I don't know whose body is in the picture, but I know if I want to make my body look like the picture, I would have to stop eating all delicious foods and eat only chicken breasts, protein drugs and energy bars and I don't want to do that.

the one of sometings which I love - 1

This is my first car in Calagry.
It is a 2000 Saturn SL2 . The engine is in very good condition.
Silver Color, Odo. 104,000 Km.
4 Cyl, Auto Trans, Airconditioner.

How much did I get it for? (Including insurance, registration, etc)
It was very cheap, but the car prices in Canada much higher than U.S.
I went to Canmore a few weeks ago so I could blow away my stress while I was driving. I always go around everywhere in my car besides going to parties.
However, my car dosn't always make me happy. When I was in Canmore, the bolt, which is connected the bumper, was broken because I parked too close to the parking pilon. I had to wait to repair my car for 16 days and spend $150 for just a bolt.
Actually, a few days ago, I parked on the road around University train station and I was ticketed for illigal parking by a police officer. The fine is $40. It made me crazy, but I learned while I was parking, I must be careful.
Last week, it snowed. I was late for my class because I had to remove the snow from my car. It took 40 minutes because the doors froze and wouldn't open, so I couldn't get into my car. However I got some know-how to remove the snow from the car.
I believe these problems are very helpful to me to live in calgary in the
future. Somtimes my car makes me frustrate, but I love it!
